Ventiled Front Pulley Stage6 R/T ceramic material

The R/T front pulley has been developed specifically for the R/T Oversize CVT kit, forming a drive train with better performance and better power transmission. Like the oversize variator and the oversize rear pulley, this part is also covered with a thick ceramic layer, providing better heat dissipation and defined surface roughness. Blast cleaning the surface is therefore not necessary.

The pulley's angle has been adjusted to the R/T variator, but the pulley can also be used with the SportPro variator. Also included in the delivery are a fan and a matching, reinforced star washer, which fixes the pulley and replaces the original part. Attention!

The ceramic-coated variators should only be used with drive belts from Stage6 or other permitted manufacturers (e.g. Malossi, TopPerformances), as tests have shown some drive belts, such as the ones made by Gates (e.g. available from Polini), to damage the coating.
