1. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY (NO REFUND)

  • 14 Days (From date of purchase)
    We will be pleased to EXCHANGE most of the items that you have purchased online within 14 days of passing your order. (See line 4)
  • Non-exchangeable Products
    We are unable to offer an exchange for the following items:  products containing electronics, gift cards,  perishable items, articles on liquidation, GY6 Base (all CC) and delivery fees.
  • Product Condition
    The product should be returned intact and in its original package (not open), which includes: blank warranty cards, manuals, the UPC code and any item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. If the product is returned incomplete or damaged, the return may be denied and no refund could be applied. 
  • Restocking Fee
    A 20% restocking fee may apply on EVERY products returned to our facility.
  • Invoice
    Before Ultrascoot can process your request for return, the returned item must be accompanied by the original or a copy of the electronic invoice.
  • Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)
    No packages will be accepted without a RMA number. (Return Merchandise Authorization). To obtain an authorization number, contact us. The article must be returned within 5 calendar days following the insurance of the RMA.
  • Method of Exchange
    Once we receive the package and declare that the item meets our terms and conditions, we will issue a credit note, before shipping, -20%, through a discount coupon applicable online for your next purchase. An email will inform you of the operation. * When an exception applies * and you are refunded you can expect a delay of 3-5 business days before your refund appears on your statement
  • Shipping Costs
    Shipping costs are not REFUNDABLE except in the event that you are returning a product due to a misdelivery or malfunction reported within 14 days. Return costs are supported by the customer except in the event that you are returning a product due to misdelivery or malfunction reported within 14 days.
